Pound Cake is modeled after my fat little baby turtle, Benji.Benji's a red-eared slider that's a little over a year old. His shell is about four inches long. He eats everything. He's so fat and chubby, little fat rolls poke out of his shell. Benji suffered from a crippling eye infection this year, that left the vision in his left eye majorly hindered. He's a strong little guy, and despite his vision problems, he loves eating 24/7 and catching yummy fish for exercise. He basks in the sun for hours a day, posing and stretching like a ballet dancer. Whenever you catch him practicing his ballet tho, he gets all embarrassed and dives in the water to hide his shame.
