Description
wip!
The world wasn't always like this. It wasn't always dangerous to walk outside your own home or to breathe the air; it wasn't always a long trek to find the most basic of supplies. But, that was life now. Whether he or anyone liked it or not, they had to live in this unsavory point in time. All they could do was adapt and hope that one day, things may eventually start going back to some semblance of normalcy.
It wasn't long before light had crept back into the boarded-up cabin. Like clockwork, a vintage-looking radio slowly came to life, the obnoxious voice of some guy blaring through the speakers, talk-singing about some guy named Butcher Pete. A few dusty-looking contraptions began to come alive as well, each one resembling some sort of bug, insect, or other creepy-crawly. They were all copper-colored, with numerous nuts, bolts, and cogs holding them together and powering them.
