When he walked into the city, he didn't expect to see so many Vampires in one place. They surrounded the Palace that was centered in the middle of the city, 'maybe they were just what came out at night' he thought hopefully. Soon he was escorted into the main chambers and was astounded by the size of the place. By the time he stopped gawking there was a Woman Sitting at the throne, legs hanging off the side and twisted in a position that only someone with great tolerance for pain could pull off. "You may sit now." She simply said and, with out warning, she got up and walked over to a table that he only just noticed at the end on the room. After walking over, he start to notice things about her, her unnatural beauty, The way she carried herself, the way how the Vampires obeyed her better then some of the humans that were there, along with the fact that half the city was covered in Vampires. "Your a vampire!" He whisperer to himself, trying hard not to run scared. They all look at him, and laughed. Then one of the guards spoke up. "of course she is, what were you expecting, a dog?" He said. "Well, no but, I was expecting a human." He then noticed that she was looking at him with a smile, fangs showing. "What is your purpose here?" She asked him. There was a hint of amusement in her voice, whether it was about him not knowing that she was a vampire or not was the question. "I am here to ask if I may stay with in these walls for a day or so." He asked her. She just simply looked at him. "And why do ask me this when you can ask one of the inn keepers inside the city?" He looked at her dumbfounded. "um, yeah I'm beginning to wonder that myself." He felt embarrassed, and forgot as to why he was there. It wasn't until she asked him to leave that he remembered what he needed to tell her. "Oh, I remember what the reason for my being here was!" She walked away from the table and to the throne. "And what is that, and hurry, your driving my patents." She sat down and put her legs over the side. "Samiel is coming, and he's looking for you, Queen Amellia." This caught her attention. "What did you say?" The look she gave him was serious as well as alarmed. "Samiel is coming this way, looking to kill you, my Queen." she looked away from him and stood up. "I want the best guards on stand by. You." She fixed him with a gaze that could melt steal. "You may be out up at the best inn there is within the city, I thank you for the news of Samiel's arrival."
