- Lives in what used to be Chicago-area United States.

- She is basically the government. She's not the leader, she's third in command, but she pretty much rules. The leader is manipulated a lot by her. The people are scared of her, and she's what they think of as the government.

- Likes guns, as well as knives, hammers, baseball bat, nightstick, everything.

- Government wears black, police/law enforcement wear grey, medical staff wears white, the leader wears red.

- She likes to quote the Bible, although she is not religious.

- Her teeth are artificial white metal and way too perfect.

- That is a rumour going around that she eats human hearts. It may or may not be true.

- She is from a very rich family who disowned her mad quick yo.

- She shot and killed her parents and only brother at the age of fifteen and spent four years in a work camp; after she turned 19 they released her and validated her, as they saw something special in her (((sadism))).

- Prisoners are not valid until released; if they were valid before, their tattoos are painfully wiped and their identities erased.)

- Neo-Nazi.

- Everyone in this dystopia has tattoos, as soon as they turn 18 (legal adult/valid citizen). Regular citizens' children are worthless until they turn eighteen, then become tattooed and are valid. They work as labourers in factories and such from the ages of 8-18.

- Tattoos tell your story, position, rank, &c. just like old Russian prison tattoos.

- Isidora has a huge black ink swastika covering her entire back. She has other tattoos on her face, knees and shoulders, hands, and arms. She also has some that do not have any meaning to her government, including 'thy kingdom come, thy will be done' which is from the Lord's Prayer, and 'hell is empty and all the devils are here,' which is from Shakespeare's The Tempest.

- Sometimes paints her face like a crude skull.

- She is beautiful and ruthless. Devastatingly beautiful, like a fire.

- War criminal.

- Part of the reason the people are scared of her is because she is so unstable.
