I miss you my beautiful bear.

Once Upon A Time...

...in the land of Aus~~tin~~, there lived a ~~21 year old clerical temp~~ young princess who was lonely for a companion. She had ~~a loud mouthed, old Quaker and a few cranky Budgies~~ an aviary, but wanted a fluffy friend to cuddle with. Therefore she set forth on a mission to find a snuggly pet to call her own.

She searched high and low. She tried ~~local shelters~~ almshouses and spoke to ~~friends and co-workers~~ villagers. However, she was unable to find an appropriate candidate that both she and the ~~unfair apartment complex~~ castle she lived in could agree upon.

One day she was visiting with ~~her aunt~~ the baroness and began glancing through ~~the newspaper~~ a group of messenger heralds. There she came across ~~an ad~~ a housing plea for an accidental litter of ~~Aussie/Sheltie mix~~ Jollins. The princess ~~picked up the phone~~ sent a messenger of her own to inquire about the pups. A matter of hours later, she was the pleased chaperon of the last of the litter on whom she bestowed the name Skynook, after an area located near the Baroness' abode.

Time passed and in addition to the Jollin, Nook, she acquired two lovely felines whom she christened Louise and Carly. Her furry little family grew and grew, but something still seemed to be missing. Her lovely pets were all so high maintenance and she was still longing for a cuddly, sweet and undemanding companion. So after 2 years she began to search once again. This time she found success at an almshouse. A litter of ~~Aussie mix pups~~ Anyu cubs had been dropped off to seek the kindness of others.

Most of the entire brood were either black and white, red and white or tan and white. However, the one that stood out to our rescuer was a lone ~~red merle~~ spotted cream offering. She was simply adorable and the princess found that they could not leave her behind. So our heroine adopted the cub and took her home. She was called Ursa after the constellation that shone in the night sky.

And the princess and her furry family lived happily ever after.
