The living visit – the criers, the defacers, the obligates. Then, the living leave.

No more attention is given after death than before, just your own place to decay.

Bodies buried beneath but the souls are free, trapped only by their own refusal to leave.

They weep and wail, visiting their own tombstone in search of the past.

The past offers nothing but torment. In infinity, even torment is boring.

The living are eventually unlucky in time and face doom. They join in the screams.
