When I saw Wiggle up for adoption I had to apply. I grew up with dogs and got my own little Angel 2005. I've originally thought that I'd like to make him a tribute pet to my own dog but decided that he'll be my "canine-fan-pet".
Dogs will always be a part of my life. Working with them can be hard sometimes but the results are wonderful. We also helped rescue organizations and shelters to find permanent homes for dogs. I enjoyed this work a lot. It gave me the chance to work with different dogs and forced me to work on myself as well. Dogs need a stable owner, they might need a constant training. You can't just sleep in, they need their walks. But they give so much. They are loyal and their love is unconditional.
I really like a lot of animals and did not only grew up with dogs. But the joy of being a dog owner is special. At least to me. Sure, I don't like to walk when it rains. I don't like to get up in the middle of the night if a dog badly needs to go out. But you'll get used to it. It doesn't even matter because you'll be blessed with many precious moments.
