Dreamy is a darling little velosotor who exudes cute more than even a baby popoko ever could. Other velosotors shun him due to his complete lack of ferocity but Dreamy doesn't care much - he'd much rather be pretending to be a magical princess instead of spending time with such brutes. Even his candy diet has completely altered his physiology since Dreamy refuses to eat meat - because of course, ew, how gross.

A typical day for him involves decorating his feathers with girly hair clips, stickers and spilling glitter all over himself. He also hosts regular tea parties with his Boppy and the horde of stuffed animals which clutter his room. His besties are Spinkles and Krem and when they all get together, they clear out Burzum's candy stash pretty quick.
