Volibear - the Thunder's Roar

His duty was fairly straight forward, he has seen it on the top of the mountain. He was to save his fellow Ursine from the upcoming battle, to keep the army of the League of Legends just where it was, on Summoners Rift.

Volibear looked down at his paws, still thunder charged. The tips of his claws dances with lightning static. He grimaced, unsure of if this is what was meant to happen to him. He looked down at the burnt body in front of him. This was his threat? The only threat he has seen so far was currently on his side. Kayle, The Judicator. She fought for the justice of her own people, as he did. She was also beautiful, an angel of sorts.. Voli shook his head roughly. You are a bear, get a grip. He looked up and saw Kayle departing into the jungle, he took after her slowly, she could take care of herself no doubt, she was a strong champion, but if he could tank some of her damage and hold back a few enemies, she would surely be even more able to do more in this particular fight.

He perished into his thoughts again as Kayle took the enemy team's red buff. Ashe had brought him into the League, in a way he was grateful, though he wondered what had become of his Ursine brothers and sisters, he had no word from home in over six months.

He watched Kayle's wings flap in front of his face and snapped back to reality. 'Are you lagging again?' Kayle raised an eyebrow at him. He mumbled 'In a way I suppose, I'm sorry, Let us continue on to middle lane, that tower could use a good push.' He charged forth, not bothering to look and see if Kayle was following. He knew she would.

He stood in a bush watching a few champions milling past him, and waited for the right moment to strike. One... two.. three.. He charged forth and flipped a thin gazelle like woman over his shoulder towards Kayle, still waiting in the bush. Kayle raised her sword and quickly cut the lady into pieces. Volibear held back a smile and continued toward the tower that his minions were now crowding. With the help of Kayle's fire, they took it down quickly and continued to push on towards the next one.

He was about to ward the next bush when a monster who seemed to be made of purple jumped out of nowhere onto Kayle's back. He roared with anger. More champions appeared and tried to take Kayle down. Her sword struck a few of them down and Voli charged into the fight, calling the thunder without any hesitation, striking wildly. Ashe appeared by his side and let lose a huge stunning arrow from her bow, they cut down three of the four attackers, but Kayle had fallen to the ground.

Voli knew he should help Ashe escape but he was frozen. Kayle.. He fell to his knees by her and roared so fiercely, all of summoners rift shook violently. Kayle turned her head to him. 'I will be alright, get the towers Voli..' She whispered and he stood up as she disappeared without a trace. Roaring once more he charged forth with his remaining allies and took down every tower in his way.


No one touched his lane partner. Ever. Anger surged through him.
'An enemy has been slain'
Victory rang in his ears.
