Strength. Stay strong. Just a little more. Finish him. I thought these things as I finished off my opponent, a Graveler. Finally! I wearily thought as the Graveler came crashing to the ground, eyes closed, arms in awkward positions against the dry dirt ground. Though I had escaped from an abusive trainer a few months before this fight, he did teach me how to rumble. However I was still aching for something more than fighting, which is why I escaped from him. I only fight when I need to, when I'm attacked or when I need to protect myself against more trainers who stupidly stumble their way through the mountains screaming something about "For OAK!" or "Blue is going down!"
I stumbled over to a nearby MysteryBerry bush, picked the only fruit there, and shuffled over to the fainted Graveler. It's a little known fact that fainted wild pokemon don't need Pokemon centers to revive, however after a period of time based on their level and species they will revive to 1 HP. It's up to them to find a few berry bushes that are scattered across Kanto region in order to build up their HP again. I'm tough, but I'm not a monster, I said to myself as I gently placed the berry on the grayish-brown rocky stomach of the Pokemon.
