His howl is like a deep throated trumpet. His call can be heard even well below the earth. Nobel is trapped on all fours even though only his back to his snout is canine. The stomach is mostly human-like, hands and feet still resembling that of a dog with longer finger then normal. Same to his his face, something of an extreme deformity. Noble Nobello lives to the rhyme in his name, rescuing other from the shadows never coming out into the light. Though the patterns on his skin cast their own sort of glow he tends to hunker as close to shelter as possible. Saying beauty is only skin deep shows well for him as he offers what he can to whomever he trots on. When faced in combat the runes along him seem to burn alive, a touch will not burn but heal. Maybe the soothing echoes his heart, not wanting to cause any real harm and not wanting to accept any sort of punishment.
