Bad Luck the Misfortune

I can smell your fear! I was never like that in my early years, but what do you expect from a Tigrean who had to learn from a young age. Life is not fair it's either eat or be eaten.

I was the second one born out of four in the beginning of fall and it turns out I am the runt of the litter. Mother was licking my cheek one evening and the first words I heard from her was "Everything will be fine little one" she said. Late one spring morning mother took me out to our training field. We were working one on one training since my stalking is very noisy. Late into the afternoon mother told me to stop, and with a heavy sigh she had me sit on top of a large flat rock, and then she walked away. As I watched her go I noticed tears rolling down her face and the last words she ever spoken to me was, "Don't worry little one it will all be over soon."

I was left alone to fend for myself. Shadowglen is not a place for a six month old cub to fend for itself. The first thing I knew was mother found food under a pile of leaves, twigs and dirt. The second was when in need of water going to the stream will help, and finally night time is no place to be alone. I found a small cave in no time. It was not too bad the whole cave was the same size it was round and ripple, gray and smelly and when I walked too far in it was very dark.

I'm not going to lie, that first night I was beyond scared out of my mind. Every noise and shadow made me go deeper into the cave. Then it was too dark I could no longer see my paw in front of my face. After a while I went back to the front of my cave, just to find out it was raining. And just then BOOM light like never before lit up the night sky and a deafening rumble followed within seconds. And then another BOOM and another BOOM. Mother, help me. I'm scared. I'll be good and be very quiet. I wanna come home now! I yelled into the night. BOOM was my only answer.

Just when I thought it was all over a river came after me. There was nowhere to run, and I got swept further into my cave. Struggling to keep my head up and gasping for every breath I can take. I ended up out the other end of my cave and down a muddy slick hill and into another river like puddle or lake, who cares it was something and I didn't like it. I was cold, tired, hungry and now muddy wet. No longer able to go home and pushed out of my new cave I just curled up into the nearest thick bush and waited for morning.

Ya I lived and grew up into a cold hearted hellion praying on your fear.

In my late years I have become a bitter and dangerous threat to those wandering the forests unaware of their surroundings. A nightmare some would call me, for there is no use hiding, I'll be back! Fear always comes back.
