There you are."
Said a smooth as silk voice with a playful hint to it.
You flinch and crane your neck to look behind you, you could have sworn it came from behind you, but it was no use. Pitch black is all you could see.
You were laying in your bed just a moment ago. You did sit up didn't you? You look around trying to make out features of your should be familiar surroundings. It's almost like every little light was sucked away all at once. Even the lights from outside. Pure darkness.
You hear a little chuckle. It's coming from in front of you this time but, impossibly directly above you. "You're rather funny you know." that smooth voice carries on. "I've been keeping a close eye on youuu! I didn't mean for it to be so late this night, but-" He pauses to let out a faint sweet, yet sinister chuckle, "I'm 100 percent you are, perfect to come along!"
At that moment all the lights returned at once. You were a little blinded at first. Rapidly blinking, you can feel a new presence inches from your face, your vision quickly returns, and just as fast, it's locked on vibrant, gentle, red eyes, which were clearly upside down.
You try to jolt back but your back is already pressed up against the wall of your room.
You quickly glance up. Yup. He's standing on the roof.
Glancing back down to the newfound intruder you notice, it's a dark grey kumos boy. Sporting a big fanged handsome smirk. But what does that matter, he is WAY to close to your face for comfort!
You open your mouth to shout something at him but you're cut off by a single clawed finger pressed to your lips.
"Tsk, Tsk, Tsk I won't have any of that! Look I'm doing you a favour here, mortals aren't usually allowed to go you know." He backs up a few feet. His ears are pressed back, and with a rather pouty frown, he turns to the nearest wall and walks down it, glancing at you from over his shoulder. How did he even get in here?
As he plants his feet firmly on your carpeted floor he shines a sly smile at you.
As you cautiously watch him, you notice your window is wide open. Ah-Hah.. mystery solved...
"Better?" he politely asks with a smile. He doesn't give you a chance to answer.
"Well, I came here to offer my invitation. We're only allowed one, so. Don't. You. Looose iiit." "If a fine creature such as yourself chooses to go, you need only to tell the letter."
He briskly nods and reaches into his sweater pocket, pulling out an envelope. He skips over toward you and drops in on your lap, spinning around to face the window.
It's a rather intricate looking card. It's a maroon color with gold, almost glowing letters on the front.
Open... that's all it says on the front? You glance back up and your visitor appears to have left. You get up rush to the window. Closing it tight, locking it too. Glancing around to see outside you can't even see him. He disappeared as quick as he came!
This stuff here, the coding and background picture, is by me,
Kid.
