Why, hello! Welcome to my humble abode! May I assume you followed me from my latest show? It seems you've discovered my little secret. That being that my magic isn't mere prestidigitation. Oh, and also, I'm not human. Yes, turns out my stage persona is my true self and you somehow managed to get past my security and uncover it. Don't worry, I'm not upset, rather impressed actually. I created that security system myself and you're the only one who's ever managed to dodge it. I supposed it's possible you have some kind of anti-magic item on your person but the scanners would have picked that up.
