However, the moment one steps foot into this special forest, they're being watched closely by the forest's inhabitants. It's no use looking for them. They're invisible until they decide to reveal themselves... IF they decide to. Like all wild creatures, they tend to be extremely shy to invaders of their habitat. These creatures only reveal themselves to travelers in need when the time is right. "When is the right time? Well, no one ever knows.
Only a select few survivors were lucky enough to see the Invisible Cat of the forest. Lost, and almost on the brink of death, she sometimes reveals herself to these desperate travelers who have not purposely come here to catch a glimpse of the rumoured creature. Only a minute amount of individuals have actually seen her. There have been a few discrepancies here and there, but there was a unanimous agreement that she wore a big red bow around her neck.
Many survivors have said that the contrast of the bow to the white snow is the last thing they saw before falling unconscious to the treacherous cold. Or maybe they were purposely put to sleep. That fact doesn't really matter anyway. All of the rescued travelers wake up next to a warm fire in a small cave. Next to them, they find some food and a single, beautiful frozen rose. Outside the cave, she waits for the lone traveler to regain enough strength so she can lead them safely out of the forest. So mysterious and beautiful, these travelers have claimed that they couldn't help but want to touch her soft fur. But they can't. She's invisible and untouchable after all. It is reported that she doesn't even leave any paw prints in the snow.
Once at the edge of the forest, she disappears with the wind and snow with a force so strong that it pushes anything in its path out of the forest.
"Don't come looking for me..."
Did they actually hear that or was it their imagination? Was this entire experience real or imaginary? The only evidence the survivors have to validate their claims was the frozen rose found within the cave. But wait... it's no longer frozen. Just a normal rose, with petals as bright and red as their savior's bow. Most of the survivors decide that it's probably best just to leave the now normal rose at the edge of the forest. No one would believe them anyway.
What they don't know is that each rose left behind is kept as a memory of another life saved...
