Winston had worked at the Delphi museum as chief curator for the past 29 years. He was well-known and loved by regular visitors and staff alike. He thoroughly enjoyed his job, and carried out his tasks efficiently and in an orderly fashion. He took great pride in his organisational skills, constantly logging new exhibits, rotating the items so visitors would have a wide range of things to view and enjoy during their visit.

One of Winston's favourite parts of the day was unlocking the main door in the morning and greeting the waiting visitors. He was always immaculately dressed, waistcoat ironed, hair brushed back, glasses perched on the tip of his nose. Winston greeted everyone with a smile, and the same warm greeting every morning: "Thank you for supporting the arts. Please leave your umbrellas, food items and bad-mannered pets at the door while you peruse our selection of art-themed posters and other souvenir gifts. Have an inspiring day! The Delphi Museum of Modern Art is now open!"
