It is not wise to anger the random number god.

RNG (or 'Ring') is one of the few "new" gods hailing from the east. No one knows when they arrived or why but what was important was that the people of the east found new, more physical gods to protect them. RNG silently watches over his domain as a benevolent ruler. He tries his best to avoid skirmishes due to his domain being quite small compared to his neighbours (especially that of Vector's) but even so his people would be quite formidable in battle due to sheer luck (which, incidentally, RNG has a lot of).
