Quick bio: Cianan is the top ranking agent in Close's intelligence division, with Amare as his right-hand man. Woman. Whatever.
He is old and has seen many kingdoms rise and fall, but when he came across Close's kingdom (she was crowned, but her family was still alive), he desired to protect such a happy and simple place for as long as his life would allow. Unfortunately, someone else got a similar idea and waged war. After the royals were captured, Cianan took Close, who was pregnant then, Nado, and a few others to build their operations elsewhere.
From her manor aside a valley, he works to use secrets and quiet battles to pull down the tyrannical leaders now overrun in their homeland. Also, he has an eye-patch and a multitude of scars from his fighting days.
