A bitter balloon factory worker, Willowly earns just 1sP's a day. Not enough for her to move out of the seedy, run-down neighborhood she's forced to live in. She's also a member of an all-female gang of violent Legeicas. It's members often go head to head against a gang of male Tigreans lead by PrinceIvan. Although she's fiercely loyal to the members of her gang, (they've saved her life many times), she longs to leave her troubled past behind and start a new life, perhaps with PrinceIvan at her side.
She found Nightbloom, her Woeisme, at the balloon factory where she works. The natural latex the balloons are made out of is derived from the crushed stems of the Woeisme plant. Willowly was about to put Nightbloom through the grinder like she had thousands of other Woes but something compelled her to spare this Woes life and take it home with her.
