Pip was the very first pet I painted on this site and has been cursing me ever since.

Reduced from his elegant and proud lilac Hikei form, into a clumsy, goofy and rather odd ball of cute, he believes he has no credibility whatsoever in this form. Pip does not believe his shape is fit to be seen in polite society (a thought very much encouraged by his brother and sister), instead he makes his own friends out of snow and ice. Only to be disappointed each time when they melt down to nothing more than a puddle of water before the end of the day.

On April fools day 2007, Pip decided he never wanted to go back to his babyish form and wanted to remain a 'scribble on a blotted page' forever. So with a heavy heart, I aquieced and fed him a potion that retained his desired look for eternity...

Appropriately timed, on Friday the 13th July, 2007, Priapus suprised me with his new look. He decided to become more than a scribble on a page and has evolved into something very unlike him.. I am not yet sure I like it...
