One night when her owner is away she climbs down from the counter and goes into the back room. It a bit of journey for one tiny Doll, but she is determined to have a bite of the sweets. She gets into the room at the counter and there is one lone cupcake thats been left on the counter. Looking to make sure the coast is clear she try to take a bite...Only to realize she has no mouth to open. . Out her desperation she shoves her face into the cupcake hoping that would work..but its no use, she still cant eat it.

Heart broken and still longing for the cupcake . She wipes her face with her apron and brings the treat back to the counter with her.

The next morning as her owner comes back he sees Shela all covered with frosting. Her owner wanting to Clean her up takes her home.Her owner undresses her and gives her a bath wiping the frosting off of her as he soaps her clothes. While looking at her he ponders never really thinking much about The Doll in the shop That's always been there since he inherited the the place. Taking a good look at the doll he notices more then just frosting on her. She's also starting become raggy and colors fading from her clothes. A few stitches loose here and there. Sad at the state Mittens is in He starts to patch her up . Liking her new look and marveling at his work. He then creates her a new dress. Shela who had to stay silence the whole time is confused at what her master is doing but starts to feel better As her master fixes her up.

Her master starts to become sentimental and decide to instead of keeping her in the shop decides to keep her in his room instead. As her Master Falls asleep that night holding Shela ,she is still sad she never got to taste a cupcake. But instead of staying sad the feeling of being held but someone else makes her feel like she ate all the Cupcakes in the world and Because her master is not watching she silently hugs him as the two fall asleep.
