Scapegoat
Legacy Name: Scapegoat

- Beh'leel, male, ageless. Ancient god of change, resourcefulness and disorder.
- Reckless, careless, unhinged. Impulsive. Cares little for rules or order, instead enjoys creating trouble and amusing himself by watching how creative humans get with cleaning the mess up. Very very little self-restraint, and he reserves that for the few people he likes. Literally has no fucks to give about most anyone else; his fuck budget is at zero.
- Has often been at war with his older brother, for more reasons than he can remember.
- Does not bother with managing his temple or keeping his worshipers in line. Disorder creates delight and he thrives on it.
- Quickly gets bored, requires near-constant entertainment and someone to watch over him lest he gets himself into more trouble than even he can handle.
- Chaotic, but very creative. Enjoys the arts, and is especially fond of anything that was created by mortals during times of scarcity.
- Controls the earth and fire, and like all gods possesses the gift of creating life out of almost nothing.

Character appearance:
- His appearance varies on his whims, but he usually takes the form of an enormous, scrawny, lanky black goat-like creature with shaggy spots of fur.
- Five glowing eyes in any of his forms. The colour is usually either red or white. The eyes can move independently from one another.
- Two pairs of horns; one straight, one curling.
- Long, floppy tattered ears. His snout is bony and has tatters of skin dangling off of it after his oldest brother decided to get even for an attempted assassination.
- His human forms are usually pale-skinned, dark or red-eyed and black-haired. Yes, he's found his style. No, he doesn't care if you think it's bland. He finds your style bland, but do you hear him complaining about it? He didn't think so.
