Some notes about Fran while I work on her:
A Maharen dark mage that was shunned by her herd for openly worshiping the gods. She was something of a ‘late bloomer’, not meeting Virgil until she was an adult. She spent a few years honing her powers before ascending to Theede.

In charge of death, but in no way a dark being: she is remarkably kind, motherly, and nurturing. Fran does not interfere in the natural lives of Priddians, and is more of a beacon for them to follow to Theede (where they will encounter Delyth).
