Laciera is an 11-year old Makah descendant whose orginal tribe and family is located near the Oregon trail. She takes pride in the fact that she and her mother farm for a living. 'There will never be a time when you don't need food to survive.' She says. In her spare time she loves riding her horse, Calypso. She'll take her down dense thickets and cleared paths all day. Her other friends are more wealthy than she is, but that doesn't stop her from enjoying life to the fullest, which makes her so popular.
