Personality
Universe is a very friendly and fun-loving griffin, despite her own past that she doesn't seem to know about. She can be rather persistent for attention sometimes, which can make her a bit annoying. She loves to watch birds, and does so whenever possible, and her obsession with them can make her difficult to be around. She has a slight tendency to be clumsy or ditsy, but in turn can be serious when she needs to be. In a lot of situations, she is very naive and unaware of what's going on around her. Although it doesn't seem like it, Universe can be rather aggressive or even a tad violent when made angry. Another negative thing about the griffin is her strong disdain for domestic cats, since she sees the vast majority of them as nothing but a threat to her precious birds.

Uni tends to be protective of the defenseless and of those who are close to her. When in a dangerous situation, Universe won't hesitate to defend herself. Inherited from her family, Universe is able to control fire, but this only seems possible when seriously angered. She can ignite her entire body into flames, making herself like a fireball when she charges at other animals. She's also able to throw fireballs from her paws. Despite these threatening powers, Uni actually isn't the best fighter. She'll rely more on her large size as well as her species' reputation in order to force someone into submission or running away. She rarely resorts to using her ability, likely because she can't control them well quite yet and is quite prone to harming herself.

Appearance
Universe is notably larger than most griffins, standing a little bit over six feet tall. Her body is mostly pink in color. Dark flecks of pink litter her otherwise white upper chest. Around her legs, ears, and shoulders of her wings are muted pink stripes, with thicker stripes going down her back and tail. She is decorated with star-shaped spots on her body, overlapping her stripes. Golden eyes and distinctive markings contrast the griffin's face. Universe's necklace has a magenta crescent moon and a aqua sun coming from it. The actual necklace itself is made from light blue crystal. Her tail is deceptively large, with her true tail being rather thin and heavily covered in voluminous, silky fur. Two decorative feathers poke out from her bangs.

Summedan griffins are rare, but easily recognizable when spotted due to being the largest known griffin species in Raphtire. They usually stand between six and eight feet tall on all fours. They sometimes appear to have "antennae", which are really only a pair of large decorative feathers coming from the head. These feathers are sometimes also seen around the tail, however this is rare and is considered a mutation.

Silkies are much smaller, rarely getting taller than 5 feet. Silky griffins have very long fur and tails. The species usually has bright, flashy coloring as far as fur color. Universe has attributes from both species, being both large in size and having bright colored fur.

About
Universe doesn't remember much of her childhood, which is actually a fortunate thing. At a young age, she was separated from the rest of her griffin flock. She wandered around in the forests many days... weeks... trying to figure out where her family went. What she doesn't know is that her flock was killed off, by her own father to be exact. Her mother managed to hide her before her father was able to go after her. Universe's mother ended up being killed, and currently her father's whereabouts are unknown, likely for the better.

The young griffin was growing more and more hungry, due to the incapability to hunt for food on her own. She soon became malnourished, and desperately needed help of some sort. This is when a flock of vultures found her. Instead of waiting for her to die in order to feast on her flesh, they decided to nurse her back to health. Thanks to them, Universe ended up growing into a healthy griffin. Even though she was welcome to stay with the vulture flock for as long as she wanted, she left them when she turned seventeen, not wanting to be a burden to them (she ate a lot more than any of the vultures, after all.) She wanted to repay the vulture flock for saving her life, but they refused any sort of payment she offered them. Instead, they asked her to go out and protect other avian creatures. She promised to this, and ever since has been doing her best to watch over any feathered creature she could find.
