Scarlett used to be the highlight of her father's eyes, a beautiful mistress who would end up getting married to a wealthy bachelor. She was everything a proper lady could be, with the proper schooling, the proper upbringing, and the proper dowry that would be suitable for the upper class. She finally did end up meeting the man of her dreams, and he wanted to surprise her with a fireworks display during their anniversary and propose while the fireworks spelled out her name and his.

Unfortunately, a freak accident in the hold caused the fireworks to explode, destroying the ocean liner and taking Scarlett with them.

Now she lives on as a fiery spectre of what she was, filled with hatred, revenge, and a deep sadness at what she had lost.

They say that you can't take your wealth and riches with you when you die, but Emburn's spectre is still as prim and proper as it was in life.
