Mollie is an Elf at the North Pole. There was a mistake in the gift wrapping department and Mollie was injured. The malfunction was a result of everyone being so busy maintenance was missed. No one and everyone was at fault. Instead of letting that go or getting upset Mollie got proactive and created the position of safety manager for the elves to protect them from future mistakes at the workshop. With a full time safety elf the number of injuries went down and productivity went up. With less malfunctions jobs got done quicker and the elves had more free time for fun. Everyone wins.
