The general idea

If you happen to be going past peka glade you might noticed two silhouettes on the tallest hill. These belong to Professor Circinus and his ruffie companion Cynthox. Most people go to peka glade to see the magical water or go there to study the flora and fauna but not Prof. Circinus. He lives there because its completely clear of light pollution. Being a strange man but having good connections in the scientific community he was allowed to build a simple eco friendly house on the farthest outskirts of peka glade where he can watch the stars from. You would think atebus would be the place for this but the professor claims the domes of atebus prevent him from getting a clear enough view.
