Her Story.
At age 2, her mother kicked her father out for being unfaithful. Raine, who was always near her mother, watched as her father broke her hand, trying to make her listen to him. She didn't see what happened after that, for she was sent to her room, but she heard yelling and thing breaking before there was the sounds of a door slamming and then silence. That is the only memory she has of her Father. Her mother raised her by herself from then on, saving everything to make sure her daughter would be happy and successful. When Raine graduated high school and moved onto collage, living in the dorms, she and her mother were still close...Until her mother dies in a car crash on her way to visit her... Now, Raine lives in an apartment, not far from the school or her job at the nearby bookstore. She tends to shy away from men and large groups, tending to surround herself with books or her small group of friends.
