Issius Noel-Edward Hann, or Icy delicately called by his employers (the 'eh' was added on by his gruff response to the transaction. what can we say? it just stuck), is a Bounty Hunter for hire. its surprising who wants what done and for how much they're willing to pay to get the job done, but Icy is very direct about one thing. he only works for the law, not against it. and if it gets his house paid off, a meal in his stomach and ammo for his guns... well, that's a job well done.

like many of his type, he's very secretive about his past. no need to get personal at any time. it screws up business, see? if any tail gets word of your past, anything is up for grabs. your dear old granny, your step-kid, maybe an ex livin' somewhere else. not to say he has any of that. cause he doesn't.
the burly middle aged man doesn't have much of a personal life. he slips into the background easily. one moment he's there and the next he isn't, running after a collar and stalking them like prey. he hunts them down on his terms. maybe he'll catch them in a week? two? but he lets them know he's there, watching and waiting for them to screw up. maybe he's sadistic in that manner. maybe a tad.

it's all part of the play book and he's acting a role. Bounty Hunting is part of the job. he keeps the bad guys off the streets so little girls can be safe walking home at night, so folks can unlock their doors without worrying much and most of all; to earn a speck of humanity. we all need to feel human. and if he picks up some cash on the side, well...its a job well done now ain't it?
