Suqi is is an ancient water dragon once thought to be extinct, he closely resembles an angler fish in the way he hunts for prey, the lighter marks on his body are known to glow brightly if he is startled. He lives far away from most other life forms in under water cavern deep within the tropics near the omen islands. On rare occasions he maybe seen on land near waterfalls and rivers in the islands as every water source is connected to where he lives. He loves shiny gold objects like the trinkets that often get thrown to the sea as offerings, and is known to share his wealth to those who are kind to him. He also tends to be drawn to shore if he hears the sound of someone playing the Steel drums.
He is kind and curious and very talkative to a degree, though he does not age and is possibly older then even most prehistoric creatures he maintains a very Child-like personality. Like some species of dragon Suqi has shown to be able to communicate with small amounts of Telepathy. He uses the long whip-like membranes on his arms to restrain food and give it a small electrical shock equivalent to that of a taser gun. When threatened he will use focused blasts of high voltage easily matching that of a lightning bolt.
However due to recent events a tidal wave far out at sea caused him to wash ashore and thus he has wrongly ended up in the local aquarium in Delphi. And he knows nothing of the fuzzies or so he calls them that imprisoned him in that infernal glass box. And he wishes nothing more then to get out and return to the sea which is now so far away.
