I am Charlotti. I live here, in the arctic region of nowhere on the map. I call it Nowhere, short for Nowhere In Particular. I live with my tribe, the Arctics. Inventive name, eh? snicker

We live in igloos, like you would expect. We are vegetarians, and we live on our farms. Before our families set off for Nowhere, they struck a deal with scientists- we would give them our treasure load for a cartful of frost resistant seeds.

It's terribly boring in Nowhere. Unless you actually enjoy spending day in, day out, mapping the land, there is little to enjoy. That's why I started building my own space, a tree fort really high up in the forest. I am the best climber in the whole tribe so nobody else can reach my fort. That's where I hide my treasures.

Bowls of acorns and dusty books line the benches I have made. There is a crows nest with binoculars Noir made and a deck for eating and watching the sunset and a separate room for sleeping. I am always finding stuff for my tree fort. It doesn't look ver professional but I love it all the same.

And as the days go by, as I adventure for fun, I wonder to myself one question: why are we even here? My answer, my only answer, is 'why not?'
