One of Cleyra's sisters and the leader of the Celinox trio, Palamecia is a self-proclaimed Empress and a ruthless Templar who can annul all forms of hostile magic, thus earning her the title of Magebane.

In her pursuit for power she sacrificed their brother to the darkness, in order to have a foothold in the Maleficent Seven but without having to answer to any of their members. For this, Cleyra has sworn to never forgive her, but lacks the heart to engage her own sister in combat and prefers to distance herself; a weakness Palamecia despises even more.
