When working on custom recolors with specific color preferences, it can take more time to match precise shades. With mystery bundles, I can work more efficiently and focus on creating unique, high quality recolors without the constraints of exact specifications, which helps me keep the pricing lower.
Disclaimer: Mystery bundles do not include additional recolors. For example, a mystery 10- pack will only contain 10 recolors of my choice, whereas a regular 10- pack includes two free bonus recolors for a total of 12. Mystery bundles are sold as is!

1.Read My Terms – Please review my terms prior before commissioning.

2.Check Availability – If commissions are open, I will have a thread where you can comment/tag me with a completed form.

3.Concept, Sketch & Refinement – Upon receiving your concept idea and references, I will assess the complexity based on the wearable category, price bracket, required details, and my skills. I will then provide a quote accordingly and begin a rough sketch.

You will have opportunities to give input throughout the work-in-progress stages for refinements. If you are unsatisfied with the sketch and wish to discontinue before the shading process begins, you must withdraw at that stage to respect my time and effort.

If I determine that the concept is beyond my skill level, I may decline the commission, but you are welcome to adjust or modify your idea if you still wish to work with me. My goal is to complete the commission to the best of my ability while maintaining open communication throughout the process.

4.Payment & Previews – Upon completion, I’ll send previews along with a trade lot number (CSC) or my PayPal email (USD).

5.File Delivery – After payment, you’ll receive the PNG/GIF files, overlay(s), and CI Item. The PSD original overlay and CI will be saved in my dropbox commission folder for future possible recolors.

Please be patient as we work together. I have other responsibilities besides Subeta, so commissions can take time, especially for detailed backgrounds and custom CWs. I’ll keep you updated as much as I can, and I hope you’ll do the same.

Be honest with the sources of your references. No AI references, No copyright images from other artists such as from other pet/avatar websites. Please mention how you got your references. I am subjectated to the rules/regulations Subeta has installed. Please see their official rules in the custom wearable page.

I trust and appreciate everyone I’ve worked with, many of whom I consider friends. This clause is not meant to imply dishonesty but is here for official reasons—especially for those less familiar with Subeta’s custom wearable rules and regulations.
Tribute CWs must have at least four changes to comply with copyright guidelines, and staff takes this seriously. I will always follow Subeta’s policies while ensuring your tribute remains true to your vision. This is simply a safeguard for my own interests within the freelance Subeta CW profession

Kindness is key in our client/artist relationship. If there’s an issue, please communicate directly with me. Let’s resolve things calmly and respectfully. Don’t involve third parties—this is between us. If we can’t come to an understanding, your commission might be paused or dropped, but I’ll handle it fairly.

Once we agree on your idea, please be sure of what you want. Major changes after the final piece is done will require additional payment.
I work best with some creative freedom, but I also aim to make sure you’re happy with the final product. I do require an artist copy with every commission.

I can update these terms at any time, so check back every few months for changes. As for recolors, I’ll be resuming them as before. Thank you to those who supported me during my hiatus!

Public vs. Private CW Stance

Some CW artists choose to make their copies available in an open format to ensure market fairness, while others prefer a more private release, especially for deeply personal tributes like pet loss, life events, or memorial pieces. I respect both perspectives and choose to remain neutral on this matter. My focus is solely on the artistic process, and I do not wish to dictate availability, as I believe that decision belongs to the releaser. Additionally, I find it socially difficult to impose expectations on others, as I never want to add unnecessary pressure or grief to those making personal creative choices. I appreciate your understanding and respect for this stance.

1.Purchases from CW Shops

If you purchased a copy of my wearable from a CW shop—whether mine or another user’s—either by mistake or intentionally, I cannot offer refunds or trades. However, you are welcome to resell it in the B/S/T forums.

Per Subeta’s rules:
"If you purchase an item and within 10 days the price changes, file a ticket here to get the difference in CSC.Note: We will not be matching prices for items purchased prior to the Black Friday sale."

If your purchase falls within this timeframe, you may be able to file a ticket with Subeta staff for assistance. However, this is not a guarantee, as I am not staff and have no control over their decisions. They may be able to assist you, but the final decision rests with them.

Additionally, while I try to help when I can, my items do not come with a buyback guarantee, and I may not always be able to repurchase copies from my releases.

2.Commissioned CW Refunds

I am not responsible for how well a commissioned wearable performs in the market.

All sales for commissioned CWs and pet overlays are final, and no refunds will be issued. The only exception is if the artwork is denied 10 times by staff due to rule violations, in which case a refund may be discussed.

CSC/USD commissions Recolor requests are simply just that--requests...I may or may not have the time to do them in the time you require. I have ongoing commissions that require my attention but I will accommodate as best as I can! I reserve the right to decline or accept based on my work load. I also have a price scale bracket so it will vary on how complex or simple the recolor(s) are.

Each art Auction will vary and have their own price, package deal depending on the item.

All my art auctions will either begin in my group's commission board or on a public forum. I reserve the right to decide on which route to take.

As with my typical commissions, I require my artist copy for the original as well recolors after it's onsite

You must pay first and then i will send you the files via dropbox/discord.

Please submit your items as soon as possible so if a denial should occur, it will get approved faster.
