WORK IN PROGRESS: Story is unclear at the moment, may change it completely or come back to it. Either way, it's incomplete.Who am I? What a silly question that is. Does it even matter? Of course not! You'll know who am, if you don't already. The truth is inevitable... It's only a matter of time, after all. ----I stealthily slunk through the streets, quieter than the most precise of ninja. It was the day, and absolutely no one could stop me. I had been put into this world for the very purpose of this day, and I would meet the one - the owner, the companion. They were due to meet me this day, surely. It was witching hour, and if there was one thing I could be sure of, it was that. My confidence was particularly high, as I slowly watched everyone fall into the tricks of the Lune - the moon was golden, full and bright. It felt odd having a full moon in the month of June, as it wasn't very common - but I soaked in the craziness, the oddity and the mystery. I lapped it up like a wild animal to a river after a long chase, a long run. As it consumed me, I did not fight - I simply let it wash over me. Sanity was not neccessarily lost on these nights, but rather toyed with; changed. One particularly changed individual rushed past me with the intelligence of a Dodo, screaming and flailing their arms; out of terror, agony or insanity I did not care. Locking my sights in the distance, it was not long before I spotted the individual I was seeking amongst the dreary, dull, moonlit area - her hair was long, their clothes casual, not much different from your average person. But I knew it was them, I could smell it.I approached them in a hurried run, taking extra caution to not be seen - the only one who needed to know of my existence was my new companion, my partner. The girl simply looked down at me, before picking me up, and hugging me - the warmth was unbearable, but strangely pleasing. I could tell that her emotions were only of affection and love, and I had no need of that - but she was the one, and I was destined to be with her.
