The Celestial Witch

Kasmeer was left at Charity's door, still a baby, hungry and with matted fur. After nursing the little Ontra back to health, bedtime in particular became a frustrating challenge, as Kasmeer simply teleported a few feet away everytime Charity tried to catch her. She soon realized the baby had abilities beyond normal, and asked for the Old Wizard's help, who in turn placed her under the Oracle's care.

A few years passed, and Kasmeer understood she no longer had to ask for things she wanted: she could simply move them with her mind and levitate them closer to her. It became clear to the Oracle that Kasmeer was a Psychic. As someone with similar magical gifts, Blurry Moon was appointed to oversee her training and education. In fact, it was at her request that Celesse herself blessed Kasmeer; a transformation that greatly and unexpectedly increased her powers and potential.

Kasmeer's mentor believes that it won't be long before the Ontra learns how to warp to faraway locations, and research suggests she could even eventually become capable of negating all physical and magical energy directed at her, including absorbing elemental properties to self-heal.

In other words, she could become nearly indestructible.
