Story and profile by Crobat Overlay by AsheBatcave

Character and story is based on Noiz from DRAMAtical Murder by Nitro+CHiRAL

"Mutti, vatti, warum?", I thought to myself over and over again as I was screaming and crying, while continuously hurting myself. For they had locked me in a room by myself for several months now. Granted it had a bed and a bathroom, but it was lonely, so lonely. The only person whom "visited" me was the maid who would come three times a day to give me food through a slot in the door. What did I do to deserve this? Why am I being treated like a prisoner? Is it because I'm a monster... yeah maybe that's the reason.

Although I told my parents repeatedly as well as other adults that I was sorry, I'm still kept in here. I don't understand, why is it that when I hit other children they cry? How much is too much? Why am I the one who is not crying? I don't feel a thing to be honest. One time I even smiled at my mother as my knees were covered in blood. The look on her face was priceless, as she is normally stoic, so for her to show some emotion was comforting. After that incident my parents immediately took me to the doctors, but even they didn't know what was wrong.

Eventually I moved to the city of Midorijima, Japan. It was there where I discovered Rhyme. This virtual reality game actually allowed me to feel pain, although it wasn't physical it was the closest I could possibly get to understanding what pain was and how it felt. Rhyme, however, was a temporary freedom despite that it made me feel like I was a regular human being. Eventually I made my living as an information broker. So far my data has never been wrong and while looking up some information I came across a player by the user name of Sly Blue. Like me he was undefeated and he was all I thought about for those several months. How strong was he? Where could I find him? I want to fight him.

After several weeks I finally found him and forced him into a Rhyme battle. He kept saying he didn't know who Sly Blue was, telling me his name was Aoba. He even played pathetically in the first few minutes of the match. Was he toying with me, does he not deem me as a worthy opponent? As I was about to take him out, he suddenly defeated me. I have no idea how it occurred, but it only made me want to have a rematch. Many events occurred afterwards and to my surprise Aoba was able to heal me. How he was able to I would never understand, but thank you Aoba. Thank you for making me able to feel.________________________________________________

Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis A.K.A CIPA is a real and rare disorder in which the nerves do not send signals to the brain registering pain. The person however, is able to feel other sensations such as being touched or knowing what soft feels like. The only thing they can't register is pain as well as heat and cold. For example if hot water is spilled on them, they won't feel anything, but their skin will blister on contact and turn red. People with CIPA can live and lead perfectly normal lives, however because they can't feel pain they could die without knowing it, as something as fatal as a heart attack can't be felt.
