Jussi:: 28 years, Scandinavian, world kitchen cook, moved to the usa.

"Take me to your favourite restaurant! I'm staving!" were his first words when he was picked up by an American friend at the airport. Jussi had been starving from the long flight and couldn't wait to try some delicious local foods. So he got himself a self proclaimed food lover to drag him from one restaurant to another. But oh the disappointment when they arrived in the restaurant chosen by his friend, all the food was fried. The 5 mini carrots accompanying his dish were overly sweet and came right out of the freezer. Jussi couldn't hide his disappointment but his friend was super enthusiast and even praised the cook. Jussi didn't understand what was going on started to get homesick already.

After that experience Jussi decided to just start cooking again like he did in Europe. In Europe he succesfully served food inspired by his favourites kitchens: Japanese, Mexican & Indian. Food is a universal language, so Jussi started serving balanced flavour bombs, packed in a texture feast and all of this with delicious crunchy fresh veggies. Jussi wanted to share his love for the fresh and the multicultural, and what is a better way than with food? Love starts with an empty plate and a full belly!
