Lilleander was born in 1795. Died in 1812. He was part of a noble family and lived in a mansion that was split in two. During his teen years he got lured into a secret affair with his own blood relative from the other side of the mansion, but got caught 3 years later. Their father was furious, considering the fact that the other blood relative was already engaged to a nice lady. Lilleander took faults and was beheaded by his own father.
Little did they know that whatever gets buried in the woods, is often found by the unseelie faerie folk. This is when Lilleander’s spirit rose from the dead as a phantom, the Dullahan. The young monster got his head back, sewn in its rightful place. Lilleander was 17 years of age at the time. It took him a while to fully develop into a monster. Out of curiosity the guy went back to his family, spooking everyone at first, but then the townsfolk realized it’s not really a bad thing. Dullahans were rare, exceptional fighters.
Lilleander served as a warmachine in rough times, and as a butler and even a nanny during peaceful periods. Sadly, the killing made him lose his humanity eventually. He turned skinnier, more ghoul-like, but his aura - stronger and more frightening with each kill that he made, to the point he ended up murdering his brother without any mercy without any command. Lilleander no longer understood what is right and what is wrong. His emotions were limited. Out of fear and worry, the townsfolk sought help from witches in order to deal with the monster. He was put to sleep through powerful magic and buried deep underground in an abandoned basement, in the middle of the woods. And that’s where the Dullahan slept for more than a century until modern technology appeared.

The headless guy got awakened when a teenage Silvius accidentally crashed through the mossy basement’s ceiling. That is when Dullahan could live once more, and he started off by trying to blend in with the living crowd in order to learn everything about the miracles of ‘future’ with the help of the young cupid and his family.
