"Time to change the sad state of the world." words spoken with sincerity but there was no one around to hear them. Justin drew his wand, pointed at the sky and muttered a spell under his breath. Seconds later grey clouds started to form right above his head and rain started to drip down on the dry cracked earth. He quickly hid away his wand so no one would notice this rain was different from any other rain. But someone was bound to notice something was going on, rain doesn't fall in this place. This place being the middle of nowhere in Africa, where people die of starvation because plants don't grow.

Justin Street broke the sacred vow he made when he joined the Ministry of Magic at home in England, he would in no way mingle in Muggle lives. Sadness started to fill his body, making him go numb and his heart screamed as if was broken. He didn't just break any vow, he broke THE vow. He was pulled out of his depressing thoughts by the sounds of screaming children: IT RAINS IT RAINS. Within 5 minutes everyone, old and young was outside to dance and to sing from joy.

Maybe I have done the right thing after all?

Justin did several things that changed the world for the better, none of which he received credit for and all of the things he did were categorically called miracles by every muggle on earth. Oh those silly muggles, they get an entire new state of the art subway in London that reached far outside the city to places the old tube never got and they call it a miracle because they never heard drilling or construction works. The new London underground wasn't entirely Justin his work, but it was his idea. When he was forced to take the non magical transport around the city with a muggle friend he noticed how old everything was and despite the trains every 3 minutes it still felt like centuries waiting for someone used to traveling by Portkey, the Floo network or Apparition.

So Street got in touch with a legendary possessor of magic, not the ordinary kind that requires swooping of wands. He got in touch with a geology professor of the university of Oxford who was rumoured to be able to bend earth. Yep, bend earth. The professor was legendary because they were extremely precise and able to make pieces of art with just one foot stroke over the ground. Her students and colleagues always wondered where she got all her knowledge, little they knew she was able to communicate with the ground.

The professor who had been hiding undercover for years was eager to accept Justin his invitation. Finally a tough challenge, make an entire new underground without harming the current one, without flooding the place or touching an electricity or water tubes under the ground.

They disappeared of the earth surface for a week, that's what it took to entirely earth bend 156 miles between Oxford and Dover through London. So what is Justin his part in this? Justin was extremely skilled in Transfiguration and he managed to change the dirt and mud from the tunnel in tiles, stones, stairs, hallways, rails, wiring, plumbing. A mad job only suitable for a mad man with a wand.
