Theft [ theh - ft ] - the act of stealing; the wrongful taking and carrying away of the personal goods or property of another; larceny.

Background

Theft is from Lincoln Nebraska, and was born into a Roman Catholic family. His mother had christened him "Theodore Tobias", meaning a gift from God. "Fabian" was his father's name. Theft is unbelieving in a higher power; he would rather believe his fate in his own choice, not the choice of God. Although not an abusive family, it was not a loving family. Theft was forced to pray at night to a God he did not believe in; he was awoken early to study a Bible he put no faith into; he was sent to a school where the nuns disapproved of his disbelief. Theft was spiteful, but the constant pounding of Catholic religion from his father has left it's mark on Theft. He appreciates the value of a human life and will not take one willingly without reason.

Theft is a twenty nine year old street smart genius. When he reached maturity at the age of seventeen, his body mutated and he soon realized he had the ability to control fire. At this point his family disowned him, believing him to be a spawn of the devil. It was not hard for his father to convince himself of this; Theft's disbelief in God had his father already thinking of his son as different. Theft lived off of the streets for a long time, finding odd jobs and stealing to stay alive. He became wise and sneaky. Theft also eventually learned to control his uncommon ability. The Clockwork Clan found him one day practicing in a back ally, and Theft has never looked back to his old, worthless life since.

When joining into the Clockwork Clan, his nickname was given to him not only from his name, but also because of Theft's uncanny ability to silently and slyly sneak into any highly protected area despite his unusual abilities. Theft is not a brawler; he would rather stand back and watch than participate in what he thinks is mindless violence.

Although Theft sometimes disagrees in what the Clockwork Clan does, it is still his home and family. He has never belonged somewhere the way he does in this Clan. Unlike Title, Theft is rather anti-social, preferring spending time alone with himself. He finds pointless small talk aggravating and boring.
