It was true, Shawty had them Apple Bottom jeans, and the boots with the fur. Shawty, however, didn't need a thug. Didn't need anyone, actually. From a young age she learned that it was better to depend on herself and no one else. If she wanted something, she bought it, with her own money, from her own job that she got for herself 5 years ago. From the shoes on her feet to the BMW in the driveway, all bought by herself for herself. She wouldn't have it any other way. The only thing about that was she couldn't really buy everything she desired. Feelings, experiences, relationships, those things that she lacked ate away at her every day. No matter how many new outfits she bought the feeling of happiness always seemed to fade away. As time went on new things didn't even begin to chip away at her sadness.
