'Noble Serpent'

Panting and nearly out of breath, you finally reach the entrance to the seaside cave.Quickly, but cautiously, you walked inside.Footsteps echoing off the damp walls. The small lamp you brought along was barely enough to light up the surrounding darkness. Gradually the path narrowed. You were almost able to slide your hands across both sides of the cave's smooth,wet walls. You suddenly stop. Shivers ran down your spine as a loud hiss sounded, rummbling throughout the cave.

Then somewhere ahead in the darkness, a voice spoke. "I am Adelonda; daughter of the ancient ones, mother of the mighty wyverns that rule the mountains, and the nightmare of many sailors! Who are you that dares face me, little flegling!?"
