Tobias - The Eccentric Stylist

The brilliant sight of the City of Lights whizzed by the tinted windows of the aerial taxi as it drove toward your destination. You found yourself wondering just why you’d let your friend talk you into this, and vaguely recall the discussion that lead to it in the first place:

“You've had one hell of a rough week haven’t you? Just look at those dark circles under your eyes, it’s like you haven’t rested at all.”
“You know how it is, work’s been crazy this season, I’m even getting called in on my days off and it’s expected to get worse.”
“More like you answer the call with a ‘yes’ because you’re so selfless. I think for once you should take a little ‘you’ time if you know what I mean.”
She reached into her wallet, fussing around with an impressive library of cards before she finally found what she was looking for: a black business card with the word Allure embossed in a fancy silver font. The word seemed to shimmer, light dancing playfully across the iridescent surface. She hands it to you gleefully.
"Now I know what you're gonna say but I'm not gonna give you the chance! Just ask for Tobias when you're there!”
Before you realized what was happening, she's shoved you into the taxi and set the destination as Allure instead of home. With a reluctant sigh, you close the door and wave her off while the vehicle hums to life and lifts into the air.

The rush of city lights slow as the vehicle whirs to a stop, settling to the ground with a soft hum. The VI chimes cheerfully overhead: “You have arrived at your destination: Allure. Please enjoy your stay.”
The door whisks open with an electronic click, and the panel ascends to allow you access to the sidewalk and onto the promenade.
Having never seen the city proper, you can’t help but marvel at the how lively and bright it is this time of night. Patrons bustle about seemingly unimpressed, used the the city and its grandeur. But for you it’s brilliance, and you find yourself awe-struck, taking it all in.
As you turn, you see the welcoming entrance to the salon--Allure in all it’s glory. Smooth black marble columns arch up into an overhang embellished with the same delicate lettering as the business card you were given, the word shimmering like a beacon. You find yourself drawn in and before you knew it, you were already walking toward the entrance, your gaze flickering from the large, glass windows showing off all the latest fashion and styles in fancy holographic displays.
