The product of a test tube and questionably legal genetic alterations, Pulsar was created with misguided good intent. Only after many mind-numbing tests later, wrestling with a creature that screamed retaliation with every cell in its body, did he finally consider himself born, a physically fit weapon. Forming a solid identity based on everything that was difficult and disliked about him, Pulsar was by no means a self-created weapon that could be controlled, with his creation never intended to hurt others like the way he was hurt himself in all attempts to keep him a compliant blank slate.

A supposed host of cells as a cure of all diseases, Pulsar found that instead through contact he could to some degree gain others' abilities, memories, and physical traits, and his body would heal itself of it all afterwards. A seemingly amazing ability at first, he soon found the whole ordeal not unlike an uncontrollable bad trip and actually tends to avoid it in many cases. While he abused it at some point, he'd much rather go about trashing property and stealing cars than confusedly live snippets of other beings' lives.

With an insatiable craving to do stupid shit and get reactions out of others, Pulsar's life challenge is to see how much absolute shit he can get away with whether spoken or through actions, and despite how otherwise reckless he is, keeping some form of control over his form is a priority in this goal.
