A slightly loopy young demigoddess, Kisekira is a born matchmaker. She loves helping singles find their one true love, and she adores bringing happiness. Its rare to ever find her depressed or unhappy as she carries her hyperactive demeanor almost everywhere she goes. Acts a bit like a child, but she's actually really brilliant. She hates seeing people lonely and upset. She's nearly impossible to take seriously, even when she knows what she's talking about. Every once in a while, she has a moment of complete maturity, and it usually stuns people to silence. Still, her boundless energy has brought many a happy wedding to the House of Loving Counsel, so perhaps she's okay after all.

In actuality, Kisekira was reincarnated from a woman named Dahlia, who had been married to Malnach when she passed away of illness. Her good heart saw her reborn as a demigoddess to the land of deities. She grew up haunted by memories of her past life, which dulled as she was raised into her demigoddess position. Eventually Kisekira's affections were wanted by a Prince God in the realm of Gods and Goddesses. She did not return his love for her, so he grew angry. Fiercely he attacked her and threw her from the realm, cursing her to be slightly mentally looney. She then ended up strangely due to the curse on her maturity, but this had no affect on her matchmaking skills. Unfortunately though, no one took her seriously except for Simon. However, she was finally reunited with Malnach after centuries apart, and her curse was broken. Her middle name is directly named after her father from her rebirth.
