There are several things intentions can be, though they most get sidelined into 'good', and 'bad'. Rarely do they fall between those two points, no matter what a person might say to defend themselves. And I've heard most of them. Only a few ask why I am doing such a thing to them, and I have no answer, not one they would accept anyway. It is simply my job.



My job is not a pleasant one. You would probably see it as something more exotic than I claim, but it is equivalent to a cubicle work-space to me. I have baubles and trinkets that steam and whistle, much to my amusement, and help to move the dreariness of my work along until it is finally, blessedly time to leave.

Some think of me as a reaper, but that is hardly my department. I know several reapers, particularly one who hangs around our welcoming area, and I seriously doubt they would find the comparison apt.
