Monroe, AKA Nerdlord
ft. Micah, AKA Trashlord

(They are my snugglebabies but they are definitely garbage)

Monroe is a Black Mouth Cur I adopted from one of the nearby pounds in February 2013. He has since stolen the hearts of myself and my entire family. He's a big dopey thing--the stereotypical dog that likes to play fetch and tug-o-war and bark at the mailman while hiding behind my legs. He's also quite the farm dog. He loves our chickens and enjoys herding them into their hutches at the end of the day.

Micah is a "present" from Monroe, obtained when Monroe tried to play with a feral Momma Cat when she was moving her babies in July 2014. Although he did not hurt her, she fled and never came back for the three babies she had already moved into our yard. As such, I got the dubious honor of raising the trio of 2-3 week old kittens. I kept Micah while my Mom took the other two. Since Micah grew up with Monroe, they're pretty good buddies.
