She is dating Kelly and is best friends with ambulance officer Shay. She gets into fights with Dawson and Casey. Casey told her when she arrived that she couldn't be in his squad because she was a girl so Kelly stepped in and gave her a spot on his team.
Chloe helps Kelly when he relapses with his pain killer addiction and during one of the relapses, he finally admitted to her how he felt about her.
In later stories they have daughter Allie
