First Impressions
The soft clock work of a small locket tinged with the beginning clicking of a familiar tune. The locket rested in the sums of warm summer grass. Its past gloriously beautiful luster faded with the passing of time; as was persistent with the scraps, dents and smudges on the outer workings of its silver body. Musical notes of a magical nature materialized just above the face of the locket while the tune played – the tune carried against the wind it seemed, pleasantly allowing the monster remain with his own slumber land.
With the wind blowing over the warmed summer grasses, monster’s silver hair tussled about like a grade schooler’s messy bed head after sleeping in on a Saturday. He was face down in those summer grasses, but why? Who slept like that? If a passerby had managed to spot him they’d see a very strange looking man wearing out of date garbs with pointed ears, which stuck out past his silvery hair just a ways to be noticed and the locket a-skewed to the side just so. … Had he past out?

Personality:
There is a distinct difference between the two minds that drive him. However, the only way to tell sometimes is spotting particular body language that indicate who happens to be in charge at that point in time.
Diiu: Diiu's body language is very submissive.
Hatchett: Hatchett's body language tends to be dominant, standoff-ish and rude at times.
Disability:
The Host body, Diiu, has a damaged eye, the left one. This eye not only is unable to see it is also the source of his binding to the world's endless cycle of life and death.
Shaman Magic: The primal shamanistic magic is very strong, any attempt at removing the eye, skin or surrounding tissue instantly forces rejection. This binding curse does not allow Diiu to die no matter how battered he becomes. Limbs can be torn, internal organs can be crushed/removed- he can even be beheaded and the regeneration process will begin. Regeneration can not be stopped by any means known.
The Locket: The locket is magic. It sings a soft tune when Diiu becomes upset in order to calm him. While this locket brings comfort to him from a life he should have never lived it also serves a weight that prevents him for normal communication: such as speech. He can form words but usually they are rusty and just end up being a bunch of useless words in some other language- if that. Hatchett does 99% of the talking anyways.

Again this is based on body language.
Diiu: Usually blank, when confronting something he's never seen before he reacts like a child: either curious, afraid or a mixture of both.
Hatchett: Angry, Hatchett hates everything except his brother Diiu. Deep loathing (and usually a swift end for the pity giver unless Diiu resists, which is rare) usually is reserved for those who dare pity either of them.
